3.1. Credybl Malta Holding is a holding company that owns and manages interests in operating subsidiaries, including Credybl Finance Limited, a Maltese company intended to provide payment services once duly authorised.
3.2. The Site is provided for general informational and corporate communication purposes only.
3.3. Credybl Finance Limited is in the process of preparing its application to be authorised as a payment institution in Malta. As of today:
- neither Credybl Malta Holding nor Credybl Finance Limited provides regulated payment services or issues electronic money to the public;
- no customers are onboarded to any live financial products; and
- no client funds are accepted or held.
3.4. Nothing on the Site:
- constitutes an offer or solicitation to the public to provide payment services or electronic money;
- constitutes investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice;
- creates any contractual, customer, or business relationship between you and Credybl Malta Holding or any group entity.
3.5. Any references to planned products, services, or licensing status describe future intended activities of Credybl Finance Limited and/or other group companies and are subject to regulatory approval, internal readiness, and change at any time without notice.
